Preformed armor bar forming automation line

Armor bar is a preformed bar used to wrap the outer layer of conductor and mounted on a boat-shaped wire clamp to increase conductor rigidity, reduce conductor vibration, prevent the expansion of damaged area and protect the damaged conductor. The protective bar can also be wrapped in the aluminum conductor and mounted on a pillar insulator to increase conductor rigidity and provide vibration damping.

Armored bars are designed to protect against bending, compression, abrasion and arcing, and to provide maintenance. The level of protection required for a particular line depends on many factors such as line design, temperature, tension, exposure to wind currents and the vibration history of similar buildings in the same area.

Armor bars are recommended as the minimum protection for clamp-on supports or suspensions. On the other hand, line guards are recommended as the minimum protection for hand-tied spans. Armor bars can be used to restore full conductivity and strength of ACSR and aluminum conductors where the damage does not exceed approximately 50% of the outer strand layer.

Aluminum armored rods for light tap applications are permitted. If it is known that tap clamps will be installed on the armored rod, it is recommended that the conductors be thoroughly brushed and then inhibitors be used.

Preformed armored bar forming machine

1. This machine processes pre-formed spiral joint products with galvanized wire, aluminum-clad steel wire, aluminum alloy wire and copper-plated steel wire.

2. Shaping speed: 0-1.5m/s. Shaping wire diameter: 1.67-5.2mm (aluminum clad steel wire, galvanized wire), 1.78-9.27mm (aluminum alloy wire).

3. Pre-formed armored bar accuracy: ±2, up to DL/T 763-2001 standard.

4. Wires of the feeding system include three kinds of aluminum clad steel wire, galvanized wire and aluminum alloy wire. The specification and size of steel wire coils can be according to the customer's requirement, if not, according to our general design.

5. The product line is an advanced mechatronic system. With the high degree of automation, the whole set of equipment is divided into four parts: wire feeding unit, PLC centralized control; tightening device: shaping machine; cutting machine. Touch screen human-machine interface, easy to operate, stable and low scrap rate.

Steel wire tension section forming machine

1. The machine twists the steel wire tension section and tension clip of the preformed armored bar.

2. Twisting speed: 0-1r/s. Stranded wire diameter: 1.67-5.2mm (aluminum covered steel wire, galvanized wire), 1.78-9.27mm (aluminum alloy wire).

3. Length of steel wire tension section: 200-800mm.

4. Spare parts in and out open, convenient and efficient.

Automatic glue blasting and sandblasting machine

1. Previously, it was the process of glue blasting and sandblasting for the inner layer of the preformed armored bar.

3. According to the product requirements, the glue blasting function can be continuous and discontinuous.

Hydraulic bending machine

1. This machine processes the bending of pre-formed armored bars and tension clamps.

2. Bending speed: 0-200 sets/hour (such as GDE-35). Bending and forming wire diameter: 1.67-5.2mm (aluminum clad steel wire, galvanized wire), 1.78-9.27mm (aluminum alloy wire).

3. As a product standard, the bending angle and curvature of the prefabricated armor bar are adjusted.
